After discovering how nutrition helped a number of my own and my family’s health issues, I decided to retrain as a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist. For four years I studied at the world-renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London – learning the science and art of nutritional therapy. I am also a qualified fitness instructor.
I am a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT). I adhere to the Code of Ethics and Practice of my regulating body and have my own Code of Ethics that self-regulates my practice.
I am a Nutritional Therapy Council Registered Practitioner and a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I am also a registered practitioner for Foresight, the association for pre-conceptual care.
It is really satisfying to see the difference in people once they commence a nutritional programme. I know how difficult making lifestyle changes can be, but just simple dietary changes can give massive results.
I can offer you the information, structure and support that is required to make those changes happen.
